Seedlings not growing

Started my auto northern lights from crop king a few weeds ago. The plants look terrible. Very slow growing under kindled 1200w 30 inches away. 9 out of 11 germinated but they aren't growing and some of them have uneven leaf length on them. Help!

I don't think 1200wats is the true wattage . Maybe about 150watts. So you should be fine there .
Give her some root stimulants .
I use rhizotonic and a tiny bit of canna a n b at this stage . And they love it.

Allright mate,
1200W @ 30" seems a bit too powerful for your Damsels. I have a 150W Sanlight Q4W hanging at this height, in this stage of life.
If you want to test, give them a bit shade and check if they get better.

Why plants are growing differentlySame strain different growth rates and patterns. One plant is shorter and wider while the other plant is taller. Basically the same amount of leaves.
The shorter and wider plant was repotted a week sooner in cycle. Could that be the reason? Or genetics?Plant. Too short

Little seedling having a hard timrSo guys;
I'm worried about this seedling. She's having trouble on keeping up with her sisters. I noticed a yelow color on their tinny tips 🤔
Cotiledons got brown pretty quickly too.
She took longer to "open" the cotiledons after popping from the soil.
