i would wait a week or two before cutting. you dont want to cut a plant this young, you have a mutant here and some times this happens, could be from many things, sheel was stuck on the
seedling for too long, or it could be in the genetics of the strain, there are so many variables. so this is what you need to do, wait a few weeks before cutting,
if you do cut, by waiting a week or two when you start seeing what is really going on, then you will know how and where to cut, so let her grow out a bit as it will not hurt.
also i would use a spray bottle and spray her once a day with just water, you should feed the nutrients lightly at this stage of life in the young plant.
the spraying though will help this plant grow more vegetative grow, im saying spray once a day. with in a few weeks you will have enough growth, so if you cut it should be later. hope this helps
