HI!
It looks to be 200W so should be decent amount. One good tip is to add fan between the lights and canopy to cool it down and this way you can keep the lights closer to buds.
Also that light is not exactly square so if possible you could turn the light 90 degrees every now and then to provide better light spread

High humidityHello. Even with a dehumidifier and a 24-hour extractor, the humidity is still above 70% and one of the plants is almost in the flowering period. No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her

Letting the pot sit on runoff water.I've been letting the runoff on the little plates below on the pot.
I've read yesterday that it was a bad idea and i should remove the runoff and let plates dry.
So just to confirm.
