Should I defoliate these? Both are end of week 4, and are 6-10 week autos. Its my first auto grow and not sure if its safe at this point to remove anything as they seem to have started flowering.

I think auto can be defoliated, or at least the strong stabilised strains but your plant really dont need it.
A lot of heads get direct light so its good like that.

I would not defoliate autos. Just remove lower little flowers when they pop up around week 2 of flowering, and lower nittogen they look dark

No dont remove anything, there is no need to. Make sure you remove the grow from your feed. Their quite dark so their a little heavy on the nutes. Cheers

I am using a 300 Watt LED light with a Veg and Bloom Function. Currently Light is 27" from soil surface and only on Veg setting. I am also using a LUX meter app (not sure how accurate they are. I am getting about 10 500 - 11 000 Lux at plant height. Is 11 000 a little bit too?Week 1
