Ciao mexicaner! She just started flowering and stretching so at this point I would let her go on her own without defoliation. That's because taking out a simple for us is easy but for the plant it's HST and it could shock the plant and reduce the stretch and less stretch means less space for the flower that we love , right ? @Themexicain Yes You can safely remove some foliage in the 2nd week of flowering I wouldn't go too hard just remove the lowest bud sites and some fan leaves simply to let more air circulation in and around the developing flowers this will help reduce the chances of hot spots developing which can cause problems when the buds become more dense. Just wait until week 2 so that the initial stretch is either slowed down or finished Hope this helps Mate

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right?
