Uuu shit , of course this is mold! And your plant is still in early flowering not a good sign that spot is too humid and stagnant. The best and maybe only thing u can do is to cut the infected parts, the best way to do it is covering them with a plastic bag so you don’t spread the spores around your plant. The one that scares me most is the little one on the branches that cover it all around, try to do a good cleaning but if u see the branch brown cut it down it’s infected inside
