russrahlanswered grow question 4 years ago I agree with the other growers, well mostly...lol you definitely got a few more weeks left that’s for sure. Best to get yourself a microscope to look at your tricombs up close and personal. Doesn’t need to be crazy, any hobby shop should have a cheap pocket microscope for $10-$20. Then you can really dial in your harvest. Helps you determine when to start your flush as well as when to cut her down. As for the tricomb colours, a lot of people say 80% amber, but really it is all in your preference of what you want your weed to do. They will be clear at first, then they will all start to go cloudy, once they are all cloudy and there are a few amber ones is when your are at peak THC in your buds, but very little CBN, CBD and the other good stuff. This will leave you with a nice crisp high, not to heavy and you really feel the buzz nicely. The longer you let them rippen from that point the tricombs will start to turn amber and the other good stuff is being produced from the THC like CBN, CBD, ect. But if you wait till your tricombs are 80% amber you will get the best yield wight wise, but it will be a heavier more sedative kind of high. The couch lock kind ya know?...lol all depends on your preference, but your kinda shooting in the dark without a microscope... hope this helps. Cheers 💨
