IDEAL , MIN and MAX temp and humidity for each stage (INDOORS)

Well I can tell you what works for me. Seedling stage I do 65% humidity with 75 degrees temp, veg I do 55% and between 72 and 77, and flower 45% between 72-77. You really want to avoid humidity over 55% for flower and any temp over 85 degrees. Seedlings need higher humidity and temps until they develop some true leaves, once the true leaves start coming in, the plant can aspirate and will need less humidity so the roots can take up water. At temps lower than 68 growth slows down, and over 85 you risk losing terpenes. Hope this helps, happy growing.
