I like bending my plants around the 4 week mark. You can start earlier like you have. Lst starts with just a simple fan blowing on a seedling day 1

Yeah, as long as you've got enough stem elongation, why not. I've been doing autos, and if you don't get started with training by sometime in week 3, you'll miss the boat on doing it.

Looking for opinions on a try of LST and a thought about taking off big fan leaves from the topHad a shot at LST training one of my girlfriend plants, just wondering opinion from people if it has been done correctly. Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. This is the only plant I have ever not been able to LST the main Cola, I opted to top it and LST'ed the lower branches.4 years ago

I planned on training like shown in picture, just not sure how this will work out with 1" of mulch and a monthly topdressing with all the pegs/wires, might get tricky.
