I like bending my plants around the 4 week mark. You can start earlier like you have. Lst starts with just a simple fan blowing on a seedling day 1

Yeah, as long as you've got enough stem elongation, why not. I've been doing autos, and if you don't get started with training by sometime in week 3, you'll miss the boat on doing it.

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?
