Do I start to feed?

When do I start feeding the plants? Information online is split between not feeding until it sprouts real leaves or starting right after it gets first leaves.
I have full Hesi starter kit, and the feed chart only mentions starting from clones.

If your medium is Hydro and contains no added nutrition. You need to mix your feed into the tank reservoir.
Seedlings will not need a lot of nutrients and will need it to be divided by 1/4th to 1/8th of the feeding schedule.
If you do not have a TDS pen, get one for finding your feeds concentration.

Nutrient burn.. Best runoff methods?!What's the 'best' method for runoff?
I've noticed my plant has a nutrient burn and realised I've not been watering until runoff enough which I think might have caused a build-up. Either that or the plant is perspiring more than necessary causing excess uptake.

NutrientsFor the Airpot users, It's a fact that the soil dry and need to be watered every day. According to biobizz's schedule for a watering of 2 to 3 times a week 2ml should be gaved so If I'm watering every day I have to give less nutrients per time right, maybe half the dosage?Week 2
