Do I start to feed?

When do I start feeding the plants? Information online is split between not feeding until it sprouts real leaves or starting right after it gets first leaves.
I have full Hesi starter kit, and the feed chart only mentions starting from clones.

Since you're doing hydro, I would add the root fertilizer, the vitamins, and the PowerZyme in small amounts.

NutritionsI had started giving my plants nutes, but then started seeing minor nute burns, so I left them to dry out abit and gave there last feed just water. Now my question is now they are flowering shall I give them any nutes yet? Or just water for the moment till they use up the soil?

what EC do you feed and how often?I've been giving 6.5 pH water once and the next time I add nutrients until I get an EC of 1mS/cm. This was ok before (runoff didn't show many nutrients on soil). Now I water 2.5L/day but the plant leaves nutrients in soil (runoff EC increases rapidly!) It's in week 4 of flower.6y ago

How much to water (week 3-4)When is a good indication of when to start watering pots until runoff? Plants are small in 3 gallon fabric pots (3:1 coco to perlite) right now and topsoil dries out within 24 hours feeding 500ml of water a day.
