She just started week 7 and i plan on taking her to 10 depending on Trichomes. From here on out just water and molasses once in awhile. My question is do you flush or leech? If so do you add anything? If not what is your reason? Would love to hear others opinions on it!

Hi mate,

Its all dependant on your growing medium. But as I see you're using soil a 2 week flush would be ideal with plain tap water. 7-10 day flush is also ok. Also, when I say flush I mean whatever size pots you're using you want to at least double that amount in water. So a 10l pot, you would flush 20litres of water through your medium on day one. Then you could normally water the next time. Then 3rd watering repeat the flush again. You do this until your water run off is clear and free from nutrients. If you want to get technical you can check your run off with a ec/ppm check if you have one. The reason I flush is so that I don't have any harsh chemical taste in my smoke. Almost forgot. If you do it right your plants will go into a fade and leaves will start to yellow.. This also lets you know you've flushed properly. Might of missed something as I haven't proof read this. But hope this helps. Any questions feel free to message me. Happy growing! :sunglasses:

7 days is a minimum, many growers flush for at least 10 days to 2 weeks. PHd water is not required since you don't want your plant to absorb nutrients, tap water will do the job. I'll be around, enjoy your harvest bro!

2 weeks of plain ph’d water I don’t use any of the flushing agents as I just do t find them to be necessary.
