Its all dependant on your growing medium. But as I see you're using soil a 2 week flush would be ideal with plain tap water. 7-10 day flush is also ok. Also, when I say flush I mean whatever size pots you're using you want to at least double that amount in water. So a 10l pot, you would flush 20litres of water through your medium on day one. Then you could normally water the next time. Then 3rd watering repeat the flush again. You do this until your water run off is clear and free from nutrients. If you want to get technical you can check your run off with a ec/ppm check if you have one. The reason I flush is so that I don't have any harsh chemical taste in my smoke. Almost forgot. If you do it right your plants will go into a fade and leaves will start to yellow.. This also lets you know you've flushed properly. Might of missed something as I haven't proof read this.
