Would you top the 4 main colas to create 8 to prepare for scrog ? Or let it stretch a bit and scrog right away?

Hi there buddy , if it was me I'd top again while there still short then let them Stretch up into the net and completely lollypop them (improved air flow) let them recover for four five days then make your switch into flower 😊

If you are gonna scrog them I'd say topping is kinda unnecessary 'cos when you tie those mains down with the net you will be creating new tops at the same time so the topping wont bring anything more to it. If you are using the net for only supporting the buds then 8 colas are better for more even light distribution and horizontal space use

Hi there, I prefer to top again to make 8 colas and use LST method to spread them wide.Later on, put your ScrOG net 8~12 inches above the plant base and fill the net until 2/3 full.Then switch to flowering.But on the other hand, If you top again, they will become bushier and your tent can be too crowded.Happy growing... ✌️

Raise the net, rotate some of the plants, then redo the net?

Defoliation for better ventilation?Should I defoliate/prune to ensure better ventilation? I am going to flip the plant soon. It is quite bushy with big leaves and sometimes it is difficult to water it as there are a lot of leaves down there.
And when is it better to put the net? Before of after the flip?

ScrOG tucking: expose lower smaller bud sites by tucking/compacting main cola branches?For a better yield, should I aggressively (but gently) bend main leading branches and tuck all shading fans to expose young 'undergrowth' branches (circled) and bud sites to light, or, inversely, untuck fans and straighten leading branches to give more light energy to them?

Flower trimmingI've got several lower branches that aren't stretching high enough to get any good light, at what point during flower is it ok to get out the scissors? I think I might need to do a lil leaf trimming in the lower canopy as well. Could/should this be done at the same time? Thanks
