The color of these girls seems to be on the light side compared to my organic garden. Leaves are darker green around the edges. Deficiency or not? I am trying to run MegaCrop only from start to finish, currently feeding 4g/gallon/day. Should I add CalMag to the mix?

Hi @Smowkabowl! First of all, don't panic, I see no signs of a serious deficiency nor toxicity here. I've been using MegaCrop for the last months with mixed results, and I admit it is sometimes hard to balance, especially when you start mixing MG with CalMagPro + SweetCandy + BudExplosion. You can keep using MG only, since it already contains Calcium and Magnesium, but you should probably increase the amount of MG in your solution, 4g/Gal is the average dose recommended by GreenLeaf, but if the plant looks pale you can add more MG into the mix. In this situation I would increase the MG ratio up to 5-6g/Gal and see how the plant is reacting after a few days. If the yellowing becomes serious, then consider adding CalMagPro into your solution. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

I agree with @stick. I dont see any signs of speficic deficiency. I dont see a cal or mag issue. They just look hungry in general starting to hit their stretch. I have never used megacrop. Have seen great results with it, but all have added something too it. At 700 ppm should be pushing the ppm a little over the limit so it is a little confusing.. I would personally try oxygenating your reservoir and if no improvement then I would look at nutrient options. Good luck!
