It looks really wet. Also very small amount of soil. If you have been keeping this wet throughout their life so far, you may have "washed" or leached all the goodness out of the soil by now. Let them dry out a bit, then replant them into bigger pots, filled right to the top with soil, so there is plenty of space for root development. They should recover perfectly once you transplant them. Hope this helps.... Organoman.
PS - some plants, such as Sativa dominant types have pale leaves naturally, however this does not apply to your white widow plants, I just thought I would include this fact in case any Sativa growers read your post. 😎
