MgO isn't MgSO4 (epsom salt), so you'd want to caclulate the ppms of S you provide. If it's ~100ppm or higher, you probably dont have to add sulfur. These are ballpark values. your local water may have a say in the matter too.
that's simple a 1:3:6 ratio... more concentrted, simply mix with less of it. add in the 15.5-0-0 proportionately to use for 6:3:6.
Seems really high p/k values on that base part. I have some good ballpark PPMs calculated in just about any week of any diary... slightly diluted jacks, that's all.
