PPMs are running high during germination

My PPMs are reading 600 in the DWC reservoir, which seems high. Tap water reads 380 normally. Doing a top feed system so the roots will reach the top feed tube in about 2 days if they germinate. Should I do a complete res change or just top up with pH'd RO/distilled water?

I dont do dwc or hydros at all, but if it was me in ur position i would just add RO water untill i got the desired ppm.

Hello. If they germinate? Are they still seeds? Seeds only need water till the first true set of leaves come up. Always charge up your water with oxygen, it dissipates chlorine and the plants love it. All the oxygen has been boiled out of distilled water, good for car battery's not for plants. So charge it up. I was always wondering if im calculating nutrient mix right.
For example:
My tap water is 350 ppm.
In late veg i should feed 800 ppm mix.
How should i mix? :
1. 350 ppm tap + 450 ppm nutes = 800 ppm mix
OR
2. 350 ppm tap + 800 ppm nutes = 1150 ppm mix

Coco grow: the EC of my runoff is consistently 0.2 mS/cm lower as what goes in (1.1 in at this time, runoff is at 0.9). Also, PH of runoff is at 5.8, while 6,5 goes in. Is this a problem? What causes this? Its been 8 days since germination and they look healthy.
