Hi guys! Week 8 day 1 of flowering, this happened after the weekend , i did not change anything in my DWC Hydrosystem. Any advice please?

Scary tendencies, herma- or auto-genes.?The 2 plants on the left, is stretching much faster than the other 4, which makes me a bit nervous. I have experienced simular previously, with other strains and some/most turned out to be having some herma-traits and some of those i didnt catch in time, so ended up with a seed

Auto/fems flowering a month apart. Glad the second one did, but how to harvest both at optimal times w limited space and resources? Feel Tricoms w b off?As stated in my grow ?'s, of the 2 auto/fem's; one started a month ago, 2nd a few days ago.! My girls have developed these growths at the top (and sides) of the buds.
Is this normal? Do I need to fix it?
My noob logic tells me ‘buds are getting bigger = all good’.
