That soil is not good, she has root rot, or you gave her nutrients too soon.
something happen but i would advise to start over.

I think early fertilization. because I made a new seed germinate and it did not have the same problem, I see after the third week of vegetation how it goes otherwise I eliminate them

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? Germination is taking longer than usual even if seeds sproutsI used the paper towel method and put the seeds in the soil when the white root were longer than 1cm under a plastic bottle for humidity, even if the white root is out the green part is not growing in 3 different seeds. I waited for 2 days now, do I have to worry?
