Hard to say but my guess would be you had water droplets on the leaves from the high humidity putting the cling wrap on. When germinating the only reason to cover is to stop the soil from drying out. Once she pops out of the ground you should remove it( unless your area has a low humidity below 50%. It also looks like your lights might be to close(make sure you have them set to what the manufacture recommends). Seedlings don't need much and when you see them in the shape of a V then that is usually a sign of light stress. Its hard to tell sometimes with new growth as it will start out in the V shape because that is the way it grows. Once you get the second set starting if the first set is still in a V then its to much. Happy Growing
