Plants wilting in the hot sun - fine to leave or should I cover with shadecloth / greenhouse cover.

Having some quite hot weather recently (33-35c) and my plants are looking a bit wilted. I assume it's heat related, however Im not sure if it's bad for the plant and I need to use a shadecloth or some sort of greenhouse to protect them. They bounced back to normal in the evening

Fulvic and humic acids will help with the stress (you can use Neem). You can brew compost tea with spirulin/kelp/Neem and that would help them fight the stress. If you don't like that solution, covering them with a shade cloth would be nice too, but you will get worst result since she will get less direct sunlight.

Google VPD. Very hard to manipulate outdoors but conceptually will help you understand the interplay between temp, humidity and plant health. At this stage of growth should temps spike again you need to similarly spike the humidity. Super high temps and low humidity less than ideal at this stage to put it lightly. The only way to raise humidity is to add a greenhouse type environment. Totally understand if that’s not realistic but sounds like maybe you have some structure?? So reduce the temps - shade cloth - you got it right. Good luck ———— https://www.cannabissciencetech.com/view/understanding-vpd-and-transpiration-rates-cannabis-cultivation-operations

A trick would be to offset it with a foliar spray of some liquified seaweed kelp extract. It will help your plant cope with high heats while also foliar feeding. No need to hide those beautiful girls! 🤘😤
