That's most likely a thrip.... depending on how close you are to harvest, grab yourself some Spinosad or Dr. Zymes Eliminator - both are organic, both can be applied right up to harvest whereas neem oil cannot...

I place her inside a barn in front of the glass door but she still hasnt there much light there. I ordered a 40 Watt full spectrum LED to add on the sunlight. Increased bloom nutrients to 3ml/l recently but could have started when feeding 2ml/l. Or is this just leaves yellowing as a part of flowering?
