That's most likely a thrip.... depending on how close you are to harvest, grab yourself some Spinosad or Dr. Zymes Eliminator - both are organic, both can be applied right up to harvest whereas neem oil cannot...

Plants wilting in the hot sun - fine to leave or should I cover with shadecloth / greenhouse cover.Having some quite hot weather recently (33-35c) and my plants are looking a bit wilted. When will they stop growing?I'm worried about privacy. We're in week 6 and these "Automaria-II" are 57 cm tall. When will they stop growing? Could I control the height? They grew 28 cm in 12 days and there's about 25 cm left until the fence limit. If they grow more, they could be seen by the neighbors.
