That's most likely a thrip.... depending on how close you are to harvest, grab yourself some Spinosad or Dr. Zymes Eliminator - both are organic, both can be applied right up to harvest whereas neem oil cannot...

What size pot for final homeI am ready to transplant this girl. I have a 7 gallon plastic pot or a 30 gal tote from big lots I can drill holes in.
