Should I leave my light on 24hrs until i see the seedling show its cotyledons or just stick to the time schedule I will be using throughout this run (18hrs on 7hrs off)

I personally leave them in the dark for a day after they break ground. But it's safe to run the light at the schedule of your choosing. š¤š¤

I donĀ“t know the explanation for sure and if its okay with 24/0, but IĀ“ve always done on 18/6 and it always works.

Barney's Farm - Amnesia Lemon bad seedling?My seedling is now 14 days since germination and planting in soil. I have the feeling that the growth is slow and the leaves are deformed.
