Should I leave my light on 24hrs until i see the seedling show its cotyledons or just stick to the time schedule I will be using throughout this run (18hrs on 7hrs off)

I personally leave them in the dark for a day after they break ground. But it's safe to run the light at the schedule of your choosing. 🤘😤

I don´t know the explanation for sure and if its okay with 24/0, but I´ve always done on 18/6 and it always works.

Weird Spots on almost every leaf overnight? (Leaf Burn???) My plant developed these spots on the leaves basically overnight...I was looking after them just yesterday evening and the plant was fine, however I did a mistake.
The left plant got completely wet (i had to move it through the rain) and i did not dry it before the light went back on.
Right plant is completely fine.
