I do a ton of LST.... I try to get at it as soon as the first stock is about an inch. I have had great success at getting then when they are small, but they are really fragile. slow and easy will get it done. Check out some of the photos in my diaries Good Luck and GREAT job!

Usually you anchor the base at one side to keep the roots in place and bend the plant slowly and anchor to the other side. Cheers

Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. Looking for opinions on a try of LST and a thought about taking off big fan leaves from the top Had a shot at LST training one of my girlfriend plants, just wondering opinion from people if it has been done correctly.
