your sprout is wilting because it's being over watered the area around the seedling is really wet.

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? Help with seedlings falling over and dying :/Could someone please look at my two seedlings and tell my why they are falling over? I planted four golden goat seeds, which all sprouted.
