your sprout is wilting because it's being over watered the area around the seedling is really wet.

WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend. Lights on or off during germination?Just put my seeds straight into the soil for germination. Should I turn the light off during this step at all? Or does it even matter?.
