Your little one WILL make it - no worries.... but next time this happens, don't try to remove the seed casing, let the plant do it itself - and it WILL do it, believe me! Have you ever seen a cannabis plant at harvest with the seed casing still attached at the top? The growth of the plant will get rid of the casing... No worries - looks strong and healthy!

Every plant on Earth is able to survive without human help. In the future do not "help" the seed. It will remove the seed casing on it's own. Since there is a real risk of damaging the plant and removing the husk has no benefit there is no reason to do it.

She, and yes the damage looks minimum. Just maintain the things she needs, and she should do fine. Happy growing 🌱

Looks like it, I don't see any damage to the "True" leaves. and the cotyledon only has a small tear so she will be able to use the stored energy in it. Next time instead of doing surgery get a dropper and put a drop of water on the seed once or twice a day. This will help soften it up and aid in self removal. Good luck and Happy Growing
