Slowly I will begin to grow new lady s.... I think to grow them from germination to the end in growbox. Is it even good to do so? Please for your opinion 🌱🌱

Wrinkly early leaves What is going wrong? I guess too much/ not enough water? Light burn? Is about 12,000 lux. The soil under that shitty top layer is a bit rich with compost, fert, etc. Maybe the new roots are getting burnt as they grow?

Lights on or off during germination?Just put my seeds straight into the soil for germination. Should I turn the light off during this step at all? Or does it even matter?. Right now I'm running it 24/7 but not opposed to turning it off a couple hours if it doesn't hurt the germination. Want to save my lights.
