Is it even good to do so?

Why did my seedlings all die?My seedlings all died. This is the second time. What am I doing wrong? They germinate, I plant them in Promix HP soil, they pop up in a few days. I move them to the tent. Round leaf missing from Critical 2.0 Seedling from time of seed shells removalIf a seedlings round leaf were to have fallen off with the seed shell in a whitish yellowish color but it was just a single round leaf and the rest of the plant seems healthy would that seriously impact the plant? Seed not emerging from soil :(Pre-germed a seed and placed it about 2cm deep into Canna Terra Professional Plus soil, approximately 12inchs below a 240W HPS light. Watering around 0.1 liters a day.
