Out of 5 pineapple one is a little seedling and the others only have taproots and nothing on the surface after a week.

Lights on or off during germination?Just put my seeds straight into the soil for germination. Should I turn the light off during this step at all? Or does it even matter?. Right now I'm running it 24/7 but not opposed to turning it off a couple hours if it doesn't hurt the germination. Want to save my lights.Germination. Other

Abnormal Seedling?First time grower, does this seedling look ok? First true leaves looking short and slightly curled. Seed popped last Thursday 1/14. Using buildasoil v 3.0 and watering two shot glasses worth of water ph 6.5. Just want to make sure I shouldn’t be doing something else.

Seedling stopped growing?I have 2 seeds of the same strain. One of the seeds appears to have stopped growing. The shells were stuck on both plants for a few days before I removed them. One of them is growing just fine:s What could be going on here? They are under the exact same conditions.

Watering little seeds in big pots?I sprouted seedlings in too big of pots (mostly 2-4 gallons) how much water should I be giving?(outdoor full sun @70ish degrees) been misting with sprayer but wont be able to keep up mon-fri workweek, ive read watering a 2inch circle around the seedling but how much?

Seed floating in the water good or bad quality ?I use to germinate with 16/20h in a water and then straight in the soil. Everyone know seed which float on the water should be not a GOOD QUALITY seed but this basically it’s happening with all the seed bank and the result is 90%always positive. Any infos ??

Stem damage? Or just dried husk stuck on stem?Does the husk or material on plant 2 look like it is damage on the stem to you or is it just dried seed husk stuck there? I tried to be as careful as I could removing the seed shell that was still partially closed over the leaves that were fighting to open.
