Get a light meter. How much lux or par is hitting the plant?
The android light meter app I installed wasn't a perfect match to my meter, but close enough. If you don't want to buy a meter install the app.
If you can get 60,000 lux hitting the tallest cola, that is optimal - big buds. 30,000 will do the job. Assuming this is a full spectrum light.

At this point I'd have it around 20 inches above. 18-20 then drop it in flower. 🤘😤

They might call it a "1000w LED", but its not. Its probably between 50w and 250w. Without knowing the exact wattage, its hard to tell. Go to the page where you bought it, there should be a ppfd map. Find out what height you need to have it for 800-900 ppfd by using the provided map. Probably 18"-24".

Pretty bad light stress and maybe deficiency??So i figured out why my plant was showing signs of stress, my timer got bumped and shut off so i was back on 24hr of light for about a week so now my question is can she make a a full recovery and or will this most likely negatively effect my chances of a big harvest?
