2 Questions: I;ve got a DWC system growing Gorilla Girls. I'm in my third week of flower. one of the plants is quite skinny and leafs aint as big? Any advice on the subject also i've got like small root growing at the base of the stem? do you think this will be an issue?

The roots on stem is likely from the humidity right there and it should not be a issue. Beside that plant looks healthy. Could try upping nutrition levels a pinch, or light availability. Good luck and hope this helps. Happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊
