I took it indoors 3 weeks ago and since then it's started to claw very bad, I've tried removing the nitrogen but it only appears to get worse, is it stressed out from the change of lights or is it suffering from too much nitrogen because I left it to late to try and remove

Changing from real light to artificial is generally not good on plants. Plant is saying too much nitrogen or water. What is your run off ph? Are you providing at least 20 percent run off to flush old nutrition out of substrate to replace with new each watering? Regardless you really hurt your harvest stressing it during flowering. Leaves won't recover. Sorry that's a bummer. Gotta find out for sure issue andcride it out now. Check the ph run off and hopefully you have adequate perlite or growstone in substrate. Good luck 🌲🌲🌲👊
