Heat and light stress?

I think this is heat/light stress. The tips of the leaves yellow and point upwards, while some leaves are trying to flip over. Temps get up to ~80 right under the light, and this bud gets greater than 2000 µmol, but she looked like she loved it up until this point

Heat and light stress can make the top leaves bleach and the blades of the leaves look like canoes.

Leaves wrinkled, curled down, rubbery.Any experienced grower that can shine a light on this? If this is a deficiency, of what? I last time irrigated 3 days ago with ph adjusted water and Rhizotonic.
