Windburn would be my best guess. But only those leaves is strange uness those are the leaves getting the most windblast. Were these leaves moving the most by the wind?

Trying to narrow down cause of twisted/incomplete new growth with strange texture and discoloration of lower leaves.2 plants in 0.5L pots in BioBizz AllMix. Using tap water.
