Not much you can really do, but wait until she decides that she is finished. Time frames given by the breeders are merely a guide and not exact instructions. There are so many variables with plant cultivation that no plant can be guaranteed to follow the instructions precisely. Temperatures, light intensity, nutrition, genetic variations and grower techniques are some of the things that play a part in plant maturation and what the breeders achieve with their extremely sophisticated set ups, compared to what the average home cultivators do, is worlds apart.
Your strain with its higher sativa percentage, is showing typical sativa behaviour by continued re-flowering and a seemingly disregard for finishing. She will finish soon enough, but if you are in a hurry or running out of patience, reducing the light cycle to 12 or even 11 hours, can induce stubborn sativas to finally mature and stop producing new flower calyxes. Otherwise, waiting a bit longer, will eventually lead to a properly mature plant ready for harvest.
