After examing your diary closer, I don't think an EC of 1 would burn them, unless you have been feeding that for the entire grow and there was an early buildup. A P and K deficiency can lead to slow growth. You should be at around a 1.4 ec right now I would guess. Check the EC of your runoff. If it's lower coming out than going in, you need to feed more. If it's higher coming out than going in, feed less.

You might have a P or K toxicity. The only real issue I see with the pla t is thin and week new growth. That's indicative of too much P and K. You may have too much N as well, although I can't tell how green your leaves are. If they looks dark to you, it's too much N. That being said, doesn't look like you've actually burned her yet. Try feeding her with just pH'd water for 2 or 3 feeds and see how she responds. Even better if you can check the EC of your runoff.

Few observations, they look a little tired. The light is maybe a little close for this stage, I would raise it to about 24 inches and then drop it back down once in flower. Also the ph is a little low for soil even though it’s a soil/coco mix, I would rise it to 6.5. While it is not drinking very much I would give it less volume and try and get the soil to dry out every 3-4 days instead of once a week. They can look a little tired due to over watering and 5 L is quite a lot. Your nutrient per litre look good so don’t change that. Finally try and raise the humidity a bit, if you don’t have a humidifier put a bucket/saucepan of water in there or anything else you can to rise it to 50-65%. Hope this helps friend👍
