Stonerdanswered grow question 4 years ago seems like a little millipede from the Cylindroiulus genus!
Usually they are nothing to be worried about and even a sign for a good and healthy soil because they eat dead plant matter and help decomposition! but there are exceptions!
When found in large groups around your plant (especially in container growing) there's a risk to your plants' roots, those little arthropods would munch on the bottom of your plants' roots.
For now just leave them be and if the numbers noticeably increase then clean the plant's area from dead foliage and then relocate them to a different plant! (if you do relocate them try to take some of the soil they were in with them so they will stay where you placed them).
Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)
