Mainlining worth it!

I used to think mainlining wasn’t worth it because of the longer veg time but, that seems to be the only downside. Theres way more advantages with this technique I’ve found, especially after my latest grow.
What do you guys think about mainlining?

I think all training in general that extends the veg time is overrated... I mean I guess if you absolutely have to have large buds. It's awesome. but the time it takes to make plants grow the way you want doesn't equal yield as much as Genetics and proper lighting conditions. And some genetics suffer horribly from this type of training and other strains love and embrace it. But honestly for me If I can harvest 4 times a year vs. 3 with training.. 4 is a whole heck of a lot bigger then 3 :).

An amazing LST technique that increases yields immensely!! especially for the inexperienced grower!
it increases the amount of canopy light exposure, increases amount of colas, and they grow to be absolute monsters like the beauty you posted here!
I also find mainlining OR ScroG a must when growing (especially in small spaces and in micro-grows).
I highly recommend it to anyone who still hasn't tried it because it WILL increase yields dramatically even with the slightly longer veg time! (which is usually worth it and sometimes doesn't even takes too much longer than other training methods).

remove lower side branches that are stretching outwards to focus on main cola?some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering.

Mainline/Manifold: Trimming fan leaves after done with topping.Finishing up the topping portion of mainlining. P2 to be Nebula-Haze style and P3 to be Nugbuckets style. I'll be trimming growth tips other than from the 8 cola sites on each. Still keep un-shaded fan leaves below those levels? A lot online shows all lower fan leaves trimmed

Main-Lining: cleanup center of plant and wait or stop cutting and switch to 12:12?I am not sure if I should remove the top 4 small branches that are growing up on the second picture...
As you can see, I used those green rubber-coated wires to bind down the main branches.
But on both sides of the stem - 2 small branches are shooting upwards: keep or cut?

Did I lollipop too much?Did I lollipop too much? Left the top node only and stripped all lower bud sites but I left the fan leaves intact. I’m planning on flipping to 12/12 in a week.
