It’s ok.
you could have held another internode and flexed your arms more.
You have done the cut on a nice big trunk be careful that the exposed wound does not rot, perhaps it was better to start earlier and more calmly

Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. This is the only plant I have ever not been able to LST the main Cola, I opted to top it and LST'ed the lower branches.5y ago

Transplant Before or After Training?Just starting third week of veg and all plants have 3 or 4 nodes. I'm planning on topping and manifolding them. When should I move from 1L to 7L (final home)? Before or after I start training? I want to minimize any shock/recovery to the plant

Mainline/Manifold: Trimming fan leaves after done with topping.Finishing up the topping portion of mainlining. P2 to be Nebula-Haze style and P3 to be Nugbuckets style. I'll be trimming growth tips other than from the 8 cola sites on each. Still keep un-shaded fan leaves below those levels? A lot online shows all lower fan leaves trimmed2y ago

New nodes after topping very small, should I top more?I topped my plants a few days ago, but just the tips when the side nodes where just as little as a few mm. I've seen a lot of you topping like a whole bunch of the top. I mainlined my plants but I dont know if I should top them again so the nodes under the top become main nodes.5y ago
