So what do you guys reckon: should I prune everything below the top-most nodes one last time at the end of first week of flower to control the colas better? Rows of green on youtube does exactly that in his mainline series.

I suggest removing all new branches, but leaving all fan leaves. This will make her recovery way much faster

Should I defoliate during flowering outdoors?(Autoflower) Should I defoliate? I made the rookie mistake of doing NO defoliating or lst during vegging, cuz they were skinny then.
