Trim "armpit" branches?

Growing mainline and wondering about trimming the new branches so bud growth is focused on main stalks. My last round I had one plant that I didn't trim at all-not a fun harvest. Other plants I kinda trimmed and went well. Should I get rid of them all? See last photo week 12.

Main lining means that you have all the buds at the same height to create an even cannopy so no side branches are allowed with that method. If you were applying a simple LsT I would have say something else.

Yes. Also, wipe away any nodes up until the top 4! I would highly recommend watching Kyle kushmans super cropping video!

Yes you definitely should. Growing mainline you want all the energy focused on your main colas and no side branches

Outdoor CanopyI know the importance of keeping a uniform canopy height when mainlining indoors but does it matter outdoors? Is the sunlight strong and mobile enough to distribute the light evenly or should I do my best to keep the canopy level?

Overenthusiastic SupercropThink I overdid it with the supercropping. The worst branches hang below 90° but the growth seems healthy, everything turned up towards the sun the next day. I changed the worst so they're supported and less than 90°. Is there more I can do? A way to avoid splitting the skin ?

Cutting off growth below node to be topped before topping dayI am mainlining the girl for an outdoor summer grow. I'm planning on topping next on the 3rd node after the 4th node is a bit more developed. After topping, I will remove nodes 1 & 2. When should I do subsequent tops to form mainline?After 1st topping on mainline formation, how long should I wait to do next topping? Doing outdoor hot AZ grow. Been topping 3rd node as 4th begins forming. Am I too conservative? With 2 weeks between topping, concerned about running out of time.

Did I wait too long to top?I just topped, main-lined, and defoliated. The stem is about the thickness of a pencil, and the nodes are very tightly packed.
The reason I waited so long to top was because I wanted to clone the cuttings and give them to a friend.
My question is, did I wait too long to top?
