When I start LST how long should I keep the plant tied down vs. lettin her get some stretch in?

When I tie down, It usually stays until the last week before harvest... they will still stretch...

How to Stop from growing taller?My girl is 40cm tall at day 36. my box is 70cm total. I'm running out of space! The crown is only 5cm from the lamp.I tried lst, but there's only so much I can do without snapping the main stem again. Any other suggestions? When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? I'm super curious about methods for best yield. I'm already worried my girls are leggy (but I've gotten some great advise already to let them rest but also give them bigger pots soon).
