When I start LST how long should I keep the plant tied down vs. lettin her get some stretch in?

When I tie down, It usually stays until the last week before harvest... they will still stretch...

LST - am I doing it right? Stacked nodes on autos make this finnickyIs anyone able to give me some feedback on my LST and tucking technique? I am growing 3 autos in little 2 gallon pots and one in particular is ridiculously stacked/dense in its node development (the Godzilla Cookies Auto,, first photos!). Cracked branch.I was LST last night i cracked on of the main branches. It cracked at the base. It was only a small one it still could hold its own weight. But I tapes it up and staked it. My question is will it stress it out? I'm almost in week 6. I'd the plant gonna stop growing to heal?Week 5

Can i try LST or are they too stumpy?looking to start LST but my plants don't have much spacing in between nodes height wise, and lots of nodes.. is it too late to try and start or would it be a bad idea due to there not being much room for new branches to then form once tied down? sorry for noob questions!

Start training her on week 2?I want to LST one of the two plants while trying HST on the other one. One is organic (darker perlite pic), the other one is not. Advices on when to start and wich one is better for HST? They are both bending naturally so I was thinking about start bending them on week 2 already.

I did an LST last time, but I'm not sure I did it right. Can you please tell me, given that the lateral branches are already very active, but the trunshould I do an LST in a 4-5 days? And maybe some tips. Last time I anchored the plant from the bottom so that the roots wouldn't come out of the ground from below and the stem wouldn't bend so much, and then pulled the stem over the top, is this correct?
