Well done! LST only turns to HST, when you start to snap branches! You can continue to tie down the plant like this weekly.
You will find that selectively de-leafing leaves that cover nodes, becomes a very helpful strategy to maintain even light intensity.
Looking good!
In couple days you probably need to tie her again 'cos they grow like crazy!
Just keep on doing the same thing and you are good. 👌
Main idea of LST is to just bend the top parts down so the plant will promote the growth of lower branches so you really cant fail with this unless you snap the plant 👌
Looks like your off to a good start. I know it’s a hot button debate, but myself, I remove the LARGER fan leaves to really get light penetrated through the canopy. Some swear by defoiliation, some don’t. I’m one that does.
