Best way to train?

Autos dont need to be trained or topped, when you do things like these to autos it reduces outcome and quality, just let them be and they ll do what they know best.

i second that wait for a week advice. maybe even two. or raise the lights way up and let them stretch for it then after bending and tying down you can lower to appropriate distance. its just too small to bend as it is.

Sorry just seen your profile. I'll leave what I said cause its the truth. If you wanna do sideways growing go for it. But the topping thing I wouldn't do its an auto. And actually the sideways thing to I'd say leave it. Top it above the 5th lollipop the lower growth to make nicer buds on top or at best remove what you think will be larf there'll be lots of that. As autos have lots of funny silly growth you wanna get rid of as its wasting energy. I have a few dif auto grows going have I've done Flming but again it's something that should be done with a photo. But I've topped above the 5th, 4th, lollipopping I'd really suggest as you know even with photos you get silly growth you remove as it's just a waste of energy and you want to make the most of energy with autos. So any topping before flowering. Of course. Anyways. Good luck pal

Okay, so I take it this is your 1st grow right? So all that stuff is great Doc, but for someone who is just starting off what you just said without clear explanation would be hard to understand. 1st things 1st. Let's get the 1st grow under your belt. And another topping and topping is great, but this plant is an auto. And flowering happens to fast for her to be topped and topped. Let it grow straight up leave her for now, no LST. just let it grow she needs to get at least 4 sets of nodes on an auto before you should even attempt training and even then I'd say that's still to young it all depends how fast her nodes grow brother. But for now, you got a good thing going she's super healthy, leave her for a few more weeks and then DM me and depending on how she is then I'll give you an answer cause anything said at this stage is just a guess as no 1 knows how your plant is going to turn out, she's an auto. As for topping. So above the 5th is a good way to start. You'll have 5 sets of nodes that will grow nice strong. Now because it's an auto you wanna get the topping in ASAP. So when you can cut clear above the 5th set of fan leafs in between them there's a lil growth do not cut that. You'll see it all sets of nodes are the same so think if you were to cut above the 3rd look at that and you'll know what you need to cut above the 5th good way to know is you'll see as she grows just watch. (Sorry you probably way more ahead). Anyways until we see how she grows, it's an auto and I'd be telling you stuff that may not apply to your grow. But LST is simple idk what kind of way it'll grow but when the nodes get a good bit of growth you wanna train them out. So if they are 10cm at the bottom tie them down at 8 the next set might be shorter it might not, that's what I mean about guessing it's an auto. Anyways, so you want to tuck the next set in so you'd tie a 7 and move slightly away from the direction of the 1st set so kind of a small twist. Depending on the strain you want to make either an Xmas tree. Or something bushy depends how it grows I know I'm repeating myself but it's an auto. Keep her healthy. When stigma starts push PK (bloom nutrients) and stop grow or if its dual grow&bloom together change ratios. Good luck
