why does all my journals show a week in advanced.. Like I just updated my week 5 , however when I look at all my journals from home page it shows week that is not filled out. Any ideas.

If I understand correctly, you're on week 5 but from the homepage it says "6 weeks". This is because they count the germination as a week in the homepage, but its not a numbered week in the diaries.

I'm still a beginner so I'm having a little battle in my own head about this.
Am I right in thinking as long as these girls have shown sex on a 20/4 light schedule they will start to flower soon?
