I see an autopot like feeding system? So, the rising pH is due to the nutrient solution getting warmer. Also, if you are circulating the solution 24/7 with the pump, it will quicken the pH rise via warming and airating the solution. Put a timer on the pump, it is enough to stir the solution every few hours. If you want to aerate the roots, autopot has the airpot that is put at the bottom of the pot and it is fed air via an airpump. It is worth the hassle. Good luck, and consider investing potassium silicate, stronger plants and a good pH buffer/ can be used as pH up. If you decide to add silica, you can take some of the potassium of the other feed/nutes off to compensate.

I imagine you are bubbling your water during this process with an airstone? Bubbling water increases the PH of the water. Carbon is stored in the water in the form of Carbonic acid, when you bubble water and pass a ton of micro airbubbles through the water, the carbonic acid turns into CO2. Heat can help this process a long but it is mainly the airstone. I can put my water in at 5ph, bubble for 24 hours and then it is at 8+ ph.

yes it could very well be.. Have you checked the root structure? Generally speaking the ph down is used substantially more then ph up.. But are you leaving it for a whole week without checking? does your roots stink? the roots should smell like "soil" like an earthy smell..
