Mammoth P 120 mil bottle comes sealed?

Wonder if someone can give a decisive answer on this. Mammoth P, the smallest bottle 120ml , should it come sealed if purchased from local retailer? they say it gets removed and they dont knw why
I understand that samples from Mammoth P, DO have seal on all their bottles

Should always come sealed , as these products if opened by customs it would not be sold to retailer in case of cross contamination
