I know autos aren't supposed to be re-potted, but the Haze Express left me hesitant to go the direct-in-final-container route again ... and really, if I don't disturb the root ball / pot content at all, how much stress can that create? Will the beasties even notice?

Hi bro! You won't create any stress if you do it properly : the idea when repotting an auto, is to avoid touching any roots, and instead take the hole thing into its new container. I do it systematically with my autos : they're born in a 0.5L airpot, then once the roots are showing by the bottom of the container, I transfer them into 11L airpot. These airpots make it easy to 're-pot' because you can remove the container without touching roots. I won't try such an operation with a regular container unless you can "cut" the pot and proceed to gentle manipulations... I'll be around, good luck with these babies!

“They” say a lot of things about autos... I think you’ll be fine if you do it carefully and before she gets too big for the starter pot. Good luck! 👍
