I would say no. Plants need the leaves to supply energy for your girl. When you have a lot of leaves you can remove one blocking some light but for now if you want another spot to have more light, just tuck that leaf down. Cheers

Defoliating FastBuds AutosHey Auto Growers. I am wondering what you think about defoliating autos. I’ve had differing results and don’t want to stunt them. Mostly the AH & JH to let light in. I’ve tried tucking but they just pop out in the wind. If yes when is the best time.

Defoliation and lollipopOpinions about defoliation? I'm on second week at 12/12 and I did a kind of lollipop, just cut lower internodes and let the fan leaves still on. What are the beige/brown spots a sign of? Why are the two Cookies plants always droopy yet the Blue Dream never droopy and they have all been watered the same. Roughly 1g each every 5 or so days when pots are dry and light. My light is up to 30" so that's not it.Week 7

Is it time for light defoliation?These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. A couple leaves at the bottom are extremely limp due to not receiving enough light. Is it time for a light defoliation? How do I distinguish which leaves?
