So my question is basically if my main stem was accidentally supercropped in week 3 of flower do I just repeat this week's nutrient schedule and act like I'm just extending everything by a week (assuming the plant only needs a week to recover)?

I've used supercroping on sativas during the whole flower phase and it did not slow down the plants at all, nor affected yield (check my 2nd run ir you are curious). Don't repeat a schedule, feed the plant as needed, when you see deficiencies.

This is my first dutch bucket run and my reservoir pH is rising quite a bit daily. I pH down to 5.8 to 6.0 and within 24hrs it's back up to 6.6 6.7. Rinse and repeat. Is this normal or is something out of whack. I know pH will drift a little in a hydro system but this much?

This is my first DWC cannabis grow and I'm not really sure how long to flush her for. Next week my plan is to change the water and PH it to 5.5 and obviously add no nutrients. I have read that with DWC you don't need to flush as long so I was thinking of waiting 1 full week?

Is is a good idea to get rid of those little buds that far into flower ?So i got a Pineapple Chunk who is 6 Weeks in Flower rn who has some great Topbuds and is allaround fine im just thinking about to remove the lower buds who are basically just some lonely trichomes and just wanted to aks if that is even a good idea that far into flower...

Should I defoliate the canopy a bit? The canopy is super dense and I’m sure there are some bud sites that are missing out on light, I’m also concerned about airflow to the buds. Is there a risk in defoliating at this stage in the grow, should I just let her do her thing?
