Hey Canna, look man dont let your plants break and hurt themselves, such a terrible waste ! Keep them alive for one week with very simple supports, just get some thin bamboo sticks and some ties, plant the bamboo (tutors is the technical word lol) sticks into the edges of the pot, dont worry about "hurting the roots" there's plenty of evidence that clipping the ends of the roots promotes growth actually, then support the colas on the sticks. Basically you want the colas going straight up so the nutrient flow is optimal. And if you do this for sure they will survive one week maybe more. If a branch gets damaged the best is to "make a bandage" using duct tape, because the duct tape can protect from the light and the air which is bad for the healing process, usually if you catch the break very quickly and do the bandage correctly the plant will heal and recover very quickly like less than a week. I hope this helps ! 🚀
