Turning purple kush purple???? Ive read that i drop the temperatures about 10 degrees at night...during the last 2 weeks of flowering.... to what it usually is during the day.. any ideas or feedback? I really wanna try n make it purple. Or has anyone had success doing any other

Yes, cooler temps, a good breeze and intense lights including uv, will aid the purple colourisation for sure. But most importantly not all phenotypes of red /purple strains will go red or purple. I had this with my purple alaskan, no purple at all.

As far as I know, it's a genetic thing that varies by phenotype. You either get purple or you don't. I did nothing special with temps and my Purp Kush was purple.

Dropping temperatures at night will do it, but its generally regarded as sacrificing potency for looks. If it has the genes, it will likely purple without the temp drop anyway. This generally happens in the last two weeks anyway. The temp drop is also though to produce more terpenes, giving your bud a better taste, but this is mostly unproven. In the end, I'm not sure it's worth it unless you really want the extra "bag appeal".
